Broccoli Soup


Healthy Broccoli Soup: 4 servings 30 minutes use all Organic ingredients


  • 1 large head Broccoli

  • 1/2 cup Broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup Carrots

  • 1 tsp Garlic

  • 1 Onion, medium

  • 2 Potatoes, medium

  • 1 tsp Salt, pepper

  • 1 tbsp Tahini

  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast

  • 1 cup Almond Milk

  • 2 cups Water

  • 1/2 lemon juice

  • 1/2 Roasted quinoa


Garnishing:

  • Roasted 1/2 cup quinoa with sea salt and peprika.

  • Lemon juice to give freshness


Direction:

  • Roaste all your veggies with salt and pepper.

  • Add tahini, almond milk and nutritional yeast along with all the roasted veggies.

  • Blend it all with 2 cups of water then add it all in big pot.

  • Let it simmer 5-8 minutes and let all the ingredients to marry with each other.

  • Now adjust the salt and pepper according to your taste.

  • In a separate pan roast quinoa with sea salt and red chili powder (optional)

  • Now add it on top of the soup as a garnishing. Lemon juice for freshness.

  • Enjoy.
