Buddha Bowl

To make Buddha Bowl: you will need


1/2 cup of cocked lentils

1/2 cup of quinoa

1 cup of crispy Garbanzo beans

1 cup of cooked tofu

4, cherry tomatoes,

1/2 red bell pepper

1, mini cucumbers,

1/2 Avacado sliced

1/2 sliced carrots

1/2 cup cooked or raw broccoli flowers.

1/2 cup of brown rice or (white rice)


For crunch you can add dry roasted nuts and seeds of your choice.


Dresssing:

Vinegar: 1/3 cup of balsamic or apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 teaspoons of Maple syrup.


Miso-Tahini: 1/3 cup of Tahini, 1 tablespoon Miso, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, add crushed garlic and green pinion optional.


Peanut Miso: 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of fermented organic miso paste, 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup, 1/2 cup of water, 2 teaspoon of tamari.




Enjoy have fun with this meal. Very easy to make and share it with your friends and family.
