DAL VADA

Serves 4 People

Gathering: 5 minutes

Final Product: 6 hours

Ingredients: 3 cups of moong dal, 1 cup of Chana dal, 4 green chilies, 5 garlic cloves, 2 cubes of ginger, 2 8oz glasses of water, Salt

Preparation: Soak dal and moong dal mix into 2 8oz glasses of water Let it soak for at least 5 hours Now add chilies, garlic, ginger, and salt and grind it Try to make it into a chunky batter Now add 1 tablespoon of batter on a non-stick paniyaram pan Cook it for at least 1 minute on each side or wait until you see it turn into brown in color Serve it with onion, salt, lemon juice, and some chilies.
