DRESSING
¼ cup extra version olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
SALAD
1/2 avacado sliced
½ cup extra firm crispy tofu
½ cup cucumber, chopped
½ cup cherry tomato, halved
1/2 cut onion chopped
½ cup yellow lentils, cooked
½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup green Roman lettuce chopped
As seen in jar layer it up and drizzle dressing when you are ready to eat.
Or to make it low calorie you can eat this as raw salad with salt and pepper alone.
Try it. It turn out very nice. Easy to make and delicious in taste.
