Ingredients: serves 2-4 (30 minutes)
5-7 Baby leaf lettuce
2 Carrots thinly sliced
1 cup Bean Sprouts
1 Cucumber
1 curry noodles
1 cup red and green cabbage thinly sliced
1 cup green scallions
1 cup cilantro chopped
1/2 teaspoons white and black sesame seed
2 avacado grilled with lemon juice, salt and peppers.
Sauces : peanut, sweet red chilli and tamarind cashew
Peanut sauce: 2 table spoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon ginger , 1tableapoon maple syrup, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon red chili , 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed
Sweet red chili sauce: 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoons red chili, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon jaggry or maple syrup or you can use sriracha garlic sauce with natural sugar of your choice.
Tamarind with cashew sauce:
1 tablespoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar, ½ teaspoon tamarind paste, ½ cup maple syrup , ½ cup chopped cashews, 2/3 cup fresh cilantro, 2 garlic cloves, 2 green onions, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 cup olive oil
