Vegan diet support muscle building



This article compare studies between two groups with meat protein and plantbased protein and they seem to find similar results with both types of group people.


Vegan meat can be more susceptible and sustainable for your kids growing up with playing specific sports of weight gain with specific muscle growth as well.
