Vegan Hot Dog

Ingredients: 1 packet of whole wheat buns, 2 cups mixed colored lentils soaked for 2 hours in 1 glass of water, 1 purple onion, 8 dried shiitake mushrooms, 8 sun dried tomatoes, 4 stems with leaves rosemary, sage and thyme, salt, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, garlic powder and coriander powder, 1 cup of rolled oats flour, ½ cup of white onion chopped, 5 sticks of chives chopped, organic yellow mustard and ketchup as you need.


Preparation: Cook the mixed lentils first Now take out 1 big bowl and add the lentils Drain out the excess water from lentils Now add all the ingredients Mix everything and add the oats flour to bind everything together Oats flour will soak up all the excess water Cook it from the side with zero calorie oil spray, and then cool it down for 2 minutes Now to assemble, get the whole wheat bun, open it from the center, and add the hot dog first Drizzle yellow mustard and ketchup, and then garnish it with chopped white onion and chopped chives
